This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and any individuals or entity authorized by you to use the Website and Service pursuant to this Agreement (together as “you” or “customer”) and Victorie Packaging Corp. and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Victorie Packaging Corp. website as well as any software, website, or application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”). The Website provides the following service: a platform for users to explore, select, and purchase high-quality packaging products to meet their specific needs in the packaging industry (“Company Services”). Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Website from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Company makes no representation that the Website is appropriate or available in other locations other than where it is operated by Company. The information provided on the Website is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject Company to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) are not permitted to register for an account with Victorie Packaging.
By using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the website. Your access to and use of the services offered on this website are contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
Purchases and Payments
All orders must be placed using a credit card unless explicitly authorized by our customer service representative before order placement. Upon placing an order, your card will be authorized for the order amount. The actual charge to your credit card will occur within 24-48 hours after placing the order (subject to your banking institution's processing time) or upon shipment of your items, whichever happens first. Sales tax will be added to the sales price of purchases as deemed required by law. If you are planning to resell the products, a reseller’s permit must be provided to be exempt from paying state sales tax. All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars. You agree that, in any action brought by the Company to recover non-payment of any good or service ordered by the Customer, the Company will be entitled to recover its costs and fees, including reasonable attorney fees.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other major card payments. Checks and money orders are also accepted.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the weight of the ordered products and are specified during the checkout process.
Returns
Victorie Packaging must be notified about the return of any product(s) within 15 days of receiving it. Products must be shipped back within 10 days of the return authorization date. Please note that returns are only accepted in full case quantities. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to returned items, and return shipping charges will be incurred as necessary.
A pallet shipment is required for glass products. Glass products returned via UPS or FedEx will not be accepted.
All returned items must maintain their unused, original condition for resale.
Note that clearance items and Special Order non-stock items are non-returnable.

Refunds
After receiving the returned items or notice of cancellation of undelivered items, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days and issued in the same form as the original method of payment. Victorie Packaging will not be responsible for acts or fees charged by third parties, including shipping charges or charges from the customer's credit card/debit card bank or company.
Sales Tax Exemption
Customers who are reselling or packaging products in our containers may be exempt from state sales tax by obtaining a reseller permit or resale certificate, depending on state guidelines. Submit your sales tax permit to info@victoriepackaging for verification to avoid future tax charges. We must retain an exemption certificate from customers claiming tax exemptions to comply with state laws.
Canceled Orders
There is no charge for orders canceled before order processing or preparing. There’s a 20% restocking fee for orders canceled after shipment is prepared or shipped.
Price Adjustments
Prices for products and services are subject to change without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
