Shipping Policy
Victorie Packaging has established the following shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our valued customers.
Order Processing Time
- Standard order processing time is 2-3 business days.
- Orders process Monday through Friday.
- Processing times may be extended due to our warehouse locations or other factors. We will notify you promptly when necessary.
Transit Time
- Please allow 3-8 business days for transit after the order has been processed.
Shipping Carrier
By default, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground if a shipping method is not specified in the order.
International Shipments
- For international shipments, please contact us at 866-960-1827.
- International shipments will be handled through UPS. If you require alternative shipping arrangements, please contact our customer service at 866-960-1827 for further assistance.
Customer-Provided Shipping Company
- Customers who choose to use their own shipping company will incur an additional $8 handling fee.
Shipment Cutoff Times
All shipping providers have set pickup times and deadlines. They are as followed:
USPS - 10:00 a.m. PST
UPS and FedEx - 1:00 p.m. PST
All other carriers - 24-hour notice before pickup required.
Shipments received after these cutoff times will ship the following business day.
Package Damage and Claims
Victorie Packaging will take necessary precautions to prevent damage to packages and cannot be held accountable for items damaged during transit. We ensure every box and all products that leave our warehouse are in pristine condition. Any damage to your package and/or products occur during transit and claims must be filed with the carrier.
