Suitability of Packaging Components

Victorie Packaging does not assume any responsibility for the suitability of packaging components for a customer's specific use. It is the customer's responsibility to conduct product compatibility testing with the products before purchasing from us. Due to different mixtures of ingredients, certain plastics may react poorly with your products and become defective. We cannot guarantee that any packaging component will function properly with your particular product. Customer should request a consultation if they are unsure about the suitability of packaging components for their specific use.

Under California Proposition 65, manufacturers bear primary responsibility for providing any necessary product warnings. Victorie Packaging collaborates with manufacturers to ensure product information is available to customers and that we comply with all requests. If you have any questions regarding product content and potential warnings, please communicate this request to your packaging consultant.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The seller expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding the durability, performance, or quality of the packaging components provided.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any consequential damages that may arise from the customer's selection and use of packaging components supplied by us.

Compliance with Regulations

Victorie Packaging makes no warranties regarding the compliance of the products with individual state or federal regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable regulations. We will provide reasonable assistance and support to customers regarding compliance with regulations upon request.

Sample Availability

We offer free samples of most of our products; however, customers are responsible for covering the freight charges associated with the samples.

Testing Before Large Runs

We recommend testing your products with each packaging component before proceeding with large production runs.
